Position Overview:

Join J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. (J-U-B) in our mission of Helping Each Other Create Better Communities. We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Dam & Water Resources Engineer to help us tackle engineering challenges that enhance our societies while promoting personal growth and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional engineering design and project management for dam and water resource projects across the western United States.
• Engage in all phases of project development, from initial design through construction.
• Analyze engineering data, interpret plans, and make informed decisions to overcome obstacles.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers, planners, and public agencies.
• Support and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
• Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in dam design is a must.
• Strong technical background and proven skillset.

Compensation: Salary range starts at $95,000-$130,000, negotiable based on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including insurance, bonuses for qualified employees, and a flexible work schedule, all within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
