Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma (or equivalent). One to two (1‐2) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred. License/Certification Minimum Required: For Epic positions: Current Epic certification(s). OR Must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application(s) as assigned. Preferred: Current Epic Certifications Work Environment Work is performed remotely or in an office environment which requires working in close proximity to other employees. Room is heated and air‐conditioned. Remote work arrangements must be reviewed and approved by leadership and performance levels must adhere to position requirements and the UHS teleworking policy. Leadership reserves the right to change remote or in office work arrangements as performance, business needs or conditions require. Employees are required to have reasonable access to transportation to meet work requirements made in the ordinary course of business in a timely and efficient manner.
