Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking an experienced Journeyman Maintenance Technician III to join our Resort Maintenance team. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring the resort's buildings, systems, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Ideal candidates are skilled in multiple trades and thrive in a dynamic and unique resort environment.

Who you are

• Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in general building maintenance, repair, and systems troubleshooting
• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills - certifications required
• Ability to be lead technician for project work
• Ability to act as lead technician in the event the department manager is not available
• Familiarity with safety protocols, building codes, and OSHA regulations
• Experience in hospitality, resort, or commercial property maintenance - preferred
• Ability to start all APU's in village homes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Train others in skilled work
• Basic snow removal knowledge (shoveling required)
• Ability to operate over-the-snow equipment should be above average
