Under the general supervision of the Nursing Manager or Director of Nursing the incumbent promotes and supports the four fundamentals of People, Service, Quality and Stewardship and campus initiatives. Nature and Scope: Renown Health nursing leadership is a shared responsibility between the Nursing Coordinators, Directors, Managers and Supervisors in resolving problems related to patient care, and in maintaining the quality of care planned for the patients in a cost containment environment. The Nursing Coordinator serves as an administrative resource person and patient advocate.. Within this general framework, this position performs the following standards: Supports nursing leadership in the provision of quality care, maintains productivity, and patient through put.
