As a Customer Service Representative, you'll do more than just answer phones; you'll be an educator and a problem-solver, helping members access essential care and assisting providers with claims, benefits, and coordination of services. MUST LIVE IN PST TIME ZONE (NO CALIFORNIA) or COLORADO/IOWA

Responsibilities
- Member Advocacy: Assist members in finding network dentists and understanding their eligibility and benefits.
- Provider Support: Resolve coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity, enrollment, and claims attachments.
- Complex Problem Solving: Research and resolve inquiries via phone, email, web portal, and chat, ensuring accurate documentation of every interaction.
- Financial Accuracy: Resolve claim payment inquiries by analyzing history and managing resubmissions, stop payments, or voids as needed.
- Technical Guidance: Educate users on self-service tools and efficiently navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
Required Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume customer service/call center environment.
- Industry Knowledge: At least 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance industry.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to set up and troubleshoot your own computer equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Proven professional verbal and written skills with the ability to handle repetitive work without losing accuracy.
The Details - Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- Bi-Lingual Rate: $18.50/hour (Seeking Spanish or Mandarin speakers)
- Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in CO, IA, or a PST timezone - NO CA)
- Training Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT
- Post-Training Shift: Between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT
