We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee quality programs that ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. This role will be responsible for managing quality systems aligned with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, while leading a team of quality professionals and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable regulatory standards
• Oversee quality assurance programs, inspections, and product validations
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage internal and supplier quality audits and vendor quality reviews
• Analyze quality data and apply statistical process control (SPC) to improve processes
• Review engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing documentation for compliance
• Address customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inspectors, Technicians, and Quality Engineers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
• 8+ years of quality experience in manufacturingaerospace industry
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
• Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and quality improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
