PM Hotel Group - 455 North Lake Boulevard - Responsibilities: Follow specifications to properly prepare and present all food items to be served, accommodating guest requests; Prepare hot foods, side dishes, and specialty items for employee meals using leftover food when possible; Handle product used in hotel cooking including trimming, cutting, marinating, labeling, and storing; Assist to prepare food for banquet functions; Ensure proper portions of meat, fish, poultry are served to restaurant and banquet functions
