JOB TITLE: Production – Dough Cutter
JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE: This position requires a team-oriented individual who can shape, handle and move the product while maintaining the speed of the production line in the bakery. They must adhere to company specifications, policies and procedures and government requirements and ensure the highest attainable level of product and personal safety. Potential candidates for this position must possess a very good level of physical abilities and stamina and be able to complete specialized training.
