A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech Job Details: • Work 40 hours per week with guaranteed weekly hours • No call requirements • May be required to float to other areas based on competency level • Required to work 2-3 major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period • Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends and holidays • 2 years of mammography technologist experience required • Must hold ARRT and Nevada State License (required before start date) • BLS certification required • Produce diagnostic mammograms and assist radiologist with mammographic procedures • Operate mammography equipment and ensure optimal image quality • Provide patient care for adult and geriatric patients • Work in extremely busy and fast-paced environment • Must be proficient in mammography unit operation and hospital computer systems • Make technical decisions to provide best possible mammographic image quality Facility: This healthcare organization operates as the region's only Level II Trauma Center, serving a 500-mile radius with state-of-the-art facilities and technologies.
