LSI Staffing is currently accepting applications for a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter position. This is a fun and fast paced opportunity with growth potential for the right individual. Ideal candidates will be performance driven, accustomed to high volume recruiting and client support. LSI Staffing takes care of their recruiters and you will earn a base pay + commission!
*Candidates with prior staffing experience will be priority interviewed.
Essential Functions & Competencies
-Proactively work Customer Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs
-Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for or against hire and delivers assignment and/or employment offers.
-Assist the branch with advertising and creative recruiting efforts such as job fairs
-Flexible Schedule and ability to drive to perform visits to customer sites for check in process, customer wellness calls, employee communication, etc.
-Manages current candidate, assignment activity, and orders within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
-Conducts business according to company policy as well as required Local, State and Federal laws.
-Administers drug screen and/or background checks on candidates as part of the onboarding process.
-Professionally offboards released or terminated employees in accordance with company policy and Local, State and Federal laws. Protects organization and builds trust by maintaining confidentiality of applicant, employee and customer information.
-Participates as an integral part of the organization in support of staff company-wide to encourage the success of all team members.

-Interviewing skills in various formats (phone call, in-person, etc.)
-Proficient in quickly and confidently assessing applicant skills and experienced in determining placement possibilities that align with customer staffing needs.
-Flexible schedule that meets changing needs of customer environment/business.
-Ability to effectively communicate at all levels via phone call, in-person, text, email, Skype and other online messaging tools
-Adept in technology
-Good organization and time management
-Detail oriented with exceptional follow up
-Resourceful and anticipates needs
-All staff members are expected to greet every applicant, customer or visitor in a polite, courteous and professional manner.
-All staff members are expected to strictly adhere to the requirements of Local, State and Federal laws.
