Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Auburn & Grass Valley, CA

Join a compassionate dental team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to the community. Nextaff is hiring Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) who take pride in providing a welcoming, high-quality patient experience.

Pay Rates:

• RDA I (14 yrs): $24.55$28.35/hr
• RDA II (59 yrs): $27.35$31.75/hr
• RDA III (10+ yrs): $30.50$35.55/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and operatories for treatment, ensuring comfort and a welcoming experience (Red Carpet Method)
• Assist with a variety of dental procedures, including endodontics, oral surgery, pedodontics, prosthodontics, and restorative care
• Take dental impressions, pour and trim models, and create bleach trays or night guards
• Collaborate closely with Dentists, Hygienists, and Sterilization Technicians to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment

Requirements:

• Active California RDA license
• X-Ray & Infection Control certification
• CPR/BLS
