Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Lead HVAC Installer to complete installation of HVAC & Split systems. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, basic HVAC install knowledge & experience, and strong attention to detail to ensure all install jobs are completed properly.


Pay: $69,000.00 and up D.O.E per year

Qualifications and skills:

· Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn, complete training and use of specialty equipment and tools.

· Professionalism, positive attitude, and team player mindset

· Unbeatable customer service and problem-solving skills

· Must be able to meet the physical demands required for this position, able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.

· Must possess a clean driving record, criminal background, and ability to pass a drug test
